The anatomy of an ePub

ePubs Textbooks can be tricky. They require minimalism so that the user isn’t spending their time learning the software instead of learning the subject, which suggests a minimum amount of UI. On the other hand, there are often key tools and features that are both required and desired for an augmented learning experience. We created this cross section to understand and communication how these different tools could live on levels that would for the most part be out of the way for the user.
