Hi, Friend.

I go looking for the heart of a business.

Under every roadmap there's a reason the thing exists and a person who once loved it. I've built a career trying to find that.

I'm not much use in a room where everyone already agrees. Design by consensus can veer a project off course, and testing only tells you what people already recognize — never what they'd love.

I'd rather argue for the idea that scares the room a little and inspires others to up the creative ante.

I spend as much time getting teams and leadership to take risks together as I do working in design files, finding exciting truths and creative solutions together.

Fifteen years now — healthcare, publishing, fintech, and a design team I built in Hyderabad from nothing. I like landing in a business I don't understand yet and bringing a sense of adventure to software design gigs.

When I find the heart, imagination stops being a luxury. It becomes the plan.
